RH Brown Co. is a fourth-generation family-owned business with offices in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1911, as Washington Cycle and Supply Co. in Tacoma, WA by Richard H. Brown, the company primarily sold bicycles and miscellaneous industrial equipment.
Years later, a partnership between Stan Larsen and Richard H. Brown was established and the name changed from Washington Cycle and Supply Co. to R.H. Brown Co. to better represent the wide variety of industrial supplies and material handling equipment offered by the company. Soon after, Stan's son Richard Larsen joined the business.
Today, Stan Larsen's grandson, R. Scott Larsen, is the President and CEO, bringing a new generation and vision to over one hundred years of success.
